Cultivating Connections: Glimpses of MoveMyTalent’s Community Picnic

It’s been a month since MoveMyTalent’s second community event and we’re delighted to bring you a heartfelt recap of the picnic. Not only did we celebrate our cultural diversity but also strengthened the bonds that define our vibrant community.

Through our annual events, our primary goal is to facilitate meaningful connections between expat families and local professionals in Estonia, including HRs and CEOs. The beautiful Tallinn Botanic Garden community picnic provided the perfect backdrop for this occasion.

This year’s theme was on the lines of “melting pot of flavours“. It was not only a culinary delight but also a testament to the cultural diversity that shapes our community. Families brought in homemade delicacies, turning our picnic table into a vibrant mosaic of global cuisine.

The day was more than networking and gastronomy; it was about creating moments of joy and camaraderie. The trivia session was a roaring success, not only fostering interaction among attendees but also resulting in a riot of laughter. It emphasized our commitment to creating events that go beyond the superficial and create lasting memories.

Recognizing the importance of family, we organized a dedicated play area for children. As the kids played and created their own connections, moms had the opportunity to enjoy the activities, mingle, and share experiences. We ensured the event catered to the diverse needs of our community members.

The most gratifying outcome of the picnic was the formation of numerous new connections. Friendships were forged, transcending cultural and professional boundaries. The event became a melting pot not just of flavours but of diverse stories and backgrounds.
